Jeff Whalen, CD

Jeff Whalen is a former Police Officer with several years of police experience, and a former member of the Canadian Armed Forces. He is a Paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, and a Dean’s List Honours graduate from the Paralegal program at Loyalist College.

He is also a former Provincial Prosecutor in Ontario and conducted prosecutions for Part I and Part III Provincial Offences Act (POA) matters including Commercial Motor Vehicle offences in the Ontario Court of Justice POA Court.

During Jeff’s time as a Police Officer, he was qualified as a Police Radar Instructor and also received specialized training in Criminal Intelligence Analysis.
